He leads the organization transformation from the front and sets structured processes, policies, performance improvement, and realignment throughout the company.

Sanjeev Purohit :-

He is the Head of our Healthcare vertical of our Recruitment Division. His vast experience of more than 25 years on working at key positions in different Hospitals and Healthcare companies give us an edge to service this very niche segment. Due to his years of networking in the Healthcare Industry Mr Sanjeev Purohit heads the Domestic and International health care vertical and has been instrumental in expanding our overseas business.

Pranav Shah :-

- Business Head (ZEE PARAMARSH) With a diverse experience of 22 years in business management, customer service, hospitality and personality development in India and USA, along with his education in MBA (Marketing & HR), he is the one who executes our vision to be an Integrated , value adding HR Solution agency for all our clients. He has personally conducted lot of personality development and image enhancement workshops in USA and so also serves as one of the in-house trainers for the workshops and corporate trainings.

Kajal Gurbani :-

Has more than 5 years experience of recruitment in health care industry. She heads the complete recruitment vertical and handles team of 25 recruiters under her. She has been serving as the backbone of exponential growth and market penetration for Genie Bag recruitment vertical and has been instrumental in maintaining the profitability and expansion of the company. Her in depth knowledge and analysis of understanding the client requirements helps in sourcing precise candidate as per need.

Vijendrasinh Vaghela :-

He is the Head of our Insurance division (ZEE PARAMARSH) and comes with a vast experience of working at key positions in different insurance companies like ICICI Lombard and various other industries in sales and marketing positions. His direct knowledge of how insurance company works and personal relationships with key professionals in the industry gives us an edge when it comes to getting things done from insurance companies.
